IT Consultants Needed for Government Clients

Sometimes the client requests operations technicians focused on infrastructure and maintenance, while at other times support technicians are needed to handle user support and incident management.

Job Responsibilities

In this role in Örnsköldsvik, you will work with IT support and/or operations within a government organization. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring that the IT environment functions smoothly and efficiently.

The tasks vary depending on your role but may include:

• Troubleshooting and handling incidents within IT support
• Operations and maintenance of IT systems and infrastructure
• Installation, configuration, and upgrading of software and hardware
• Management of user accounts and permissions
• Documentation of processes and solutions

Your Profile and Qualifications

To be considered for the position, you should have worked with similar tasks for at least one year, and we prefer that this was your most recent job. You have the ability to work independently and in a structured manner. Furthermore, you have a service-oriented attitude and good communication skills.

Requirements

• At least one year of documented experience working in Windows environments, Active Directory, and Office 365
• Experience in IT support and/or IT operations, preferably within the public sector
• Experience in client management and troubleshooting
• Fluent Swedish in both spoken and written form

Meritorious

• Experience with ITIL processes
• Experience working in a security-classified environment
